New Waterfront Restaurant Opens in South Beach: Pamplemousse On The Bay

Pamplemousse On The Bay: New South Beach Restaurant with WAterfront Views

Have you been to the new restaurant @pamplemoussemiami? Pamplemousse On the Bay – nestled within the recently remodeled Southgate Towers, this upscale fish, seafood and meat restaurant continues to redefine dining in South Beach with its unparalleled waterfront location, stunning design and exquisite menu that blends Mediterranean and Latin fusion cuisine.

Pamplemousse on the Bay offers guests a relaxed yet elegant ambiance with breathtaking views of the bay. The restaurant boasts an open kitchen, allowing diners to witness the artistry of their dishes being crafted, and a Mediterranean garden patio that immerses them in a serene, natural setting.

Enjoy daily happy hour from 5 pm to 7 pm (Tuesday through Sunday), during which signature drinks are all priced under $12. Popular drink options include the Pamplemousse Sangria, made with rose wine, Pamplemousse liquor, grapefruit bitters, grapefruit juice and sparkling flower sake; the Coconut Margarita, made with tequila, peach liquor, lemon juice, coconut and pinot noir; and the Emerald Cooler, a refreshing drink made with gin, green tea liquor, lemon, kiwi syrup and fresh cucumber juice.

I recommend their $12 cocktails and 6 shuck oysters for $14 during happy hour with stunning waterfront views and spectacular sunsets.

Pamplemousse On The Bay is located at Southgate Towers, 910 West Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. For more information visit pamplemoussemiami.com

About Author

Paola Mendez is a hypnotherapist, published author, and the curious soul behind Coral Gables Love and The Blogger Union. Her journey didn't start in a clinician's office — it started at age 15, battling a mind that used food to quiet a constant internal critic. After two decades at war with her own subconscious, searching for peace as a self-described "introvert in a loud world," Paola found her way out through hypnotherapy. That same journey pushed her out into the city she loves, discovering the gems hiding in plain sight all around Coral Gables. Today, she channels both passions into everything she does: helping people quiet their inner critic through her hypnotherapy practice Pao Hypnosis, sharing those subconscious healing tools through her app Mochi Zen, and showcasing the people, places, and flavors that make South Florida worth savoring — one matcha latte at a time. She is also the author of A Taste of Coral Gables, a cookbook featuring recipes from the city's top chefs. Say hello at info@coralgableslove.com
