We pack and ship orders the day after we receive them Monday – Friday. All of our orders are mailed via Priority Mail with a tracking number.
We offer FREE local pick-up for customers in the Miami, Florida area. Once you enter your shipping address, the system recognizes your Miami area zipcode and the option for local pick up will appear. If you select local pick-up, you will receive an email with contactless pick-up instructions once your order is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and our customers’ safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the items arrive damaged. If your items have arrived damaged, please email email@example.com letting us know within 7 days of delivery.
