Mandarin Oriental Brickell Key Bar & Lounge’s New Cocktails

Have you tried the matcha tres leches at @mo_miami bar & lounge? It’s part of their bento box and it’s soooo good! If you’re looking for a sleek bar with stunning water views this is it. They also have great sushi. Here are my recommendations:

🍱 The Bento Box is served with salmon teriyaki, jasmine rice, tuna sashimi, Asian slaw, vegetable gyozas, miso soup and matcha tres leches.

MO Bar + Lounge’s New Cocktails

To mark MO Bar + Lounge’s dazzling makeover, a new beverage menu of intricately innovative cocktails has rolled out, each made with premium ingredients that allow bar guests to explore Miami through nine refreshingly whimsical and luxurious drinks. Examples of the flavorful and sip-worthy libations include:

Brickell KeyA beacon of sleek design nestled on the waterfront, Brickell Key is a sanctuary in the middle of Miami’s cosmopolitan district.  Blending the energy of the city with the calm of the water, this drink has simplicity but also the vibrancy of the neighborhood it overlooks.  Combining prosecco and homemade lychee and hibiscus syrup with a splash of elderflower liquor, this cocktail exemplifies what it means to be an urban oasis.

Design District: Inspired by the neighborhood that melds top fashion labels and the electric energy of an ever-growing dining scene, this blend of tequila, verjus blanc, crème de peche, and jalapeno is designed to satisfy even the most discerning of tastes. The addition of dried dragon fruit takes the cocktail to the next level of sophistication, much like the district it is named after.

Little Havana: Colorful, lively and exploding with culture, this iconic Miami neighborhood offers a slice of the island nation in our own backyard. Here, espresso and guava leather—flavors found at any of Calle Ocho’s popular ventanitas—are intertwined with a splash of Liquor 43 and Kahlua followed by rum and vodka, creating a cocktail that reflects the origins of the Caribbean country that made their way to the mainland.

Miami Beach: Home to instantly recognizable pastel-hued Art Deco architecture and buzzing nightlife where models mingle with movie stars on any given night, one could say Miami Beach adds the “glam” to Miami’s quintessential glamorous life. MO Bar + Lounge’s mix of smoky mezcal, tangy passionfruit, lime, jalapeno and tajin proves a worthy ode to the city known for its spicy sensuality and hot social scene.

Wynwood: Lined with brazenly designed walls whose dazzling graffiti murals helped put Miami on the map as an international art hub, this urban oasis is a place where creativity and intricate design meet. Drink in the unique flavors of the area in this blend of vodka, fino sherry, citrus and ripe raspberry topped with plum dust and watermelon—an artful and out-of-the-box finish to a brilliantly crafted cocktail.

Every night, a specially priced social hour menu of handcrafted cocktails and wine provides an excellent option for pre-dinner drinks or relaxation after work. MO Bar + Lounge also hosts lively entertainment, including piano, playing swing jazz and modern pop on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.; sultry Spanish guitar by the Fox Brothers on Friday nights; and Cuban jazz by Renoir Rodriguez on Saturday nights from 8:30 to 11 p.m.
