The Coral Gables Workout Tour
Working out, eating nutritious food, and staying healthy is hard to do alone. That’s why we’ve put together the Coral Gables Workout Tour to bring a group of 20 people to support each other through a month-long tour of healthy activities. The Coral Gables Workout Tour participants will visit a different local gym once a week for four weeks.
Discover what different local gyms have to offer, make new friends, and stay motivated throughout the month of July to keeping it healthy. We will also have a Facebook group to support each other with our workouts and eating habits between our official workouts of the tour.

Iron Tribe Fitness is a simple system of body movements, personal coaching, and healthy nutrition that makes you a better athlete. This makes you a better, more fit and healthier person. They focus on preparing you for everyday activities. Their style of training prepares you for the simple things in life like lifting a heavy box off the floor, running through the airport to catch a connecting flight, or ski down the side of a mountain with greater ability than ever. You will begin with the 101 class which teaches basic movements, as well as nutrition secrets that produce the fastest gains.
M Cycle Gym July 28th at 6:30pm
MCycleGym offers a more powerful workout in less time than conventional routines. Their program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. At MyCycle’ Boot Camp you get the basics of functional movements performed at high intense intervals. You will push up, pull up, and lunge your way into shape here. They are constantly shaking things up in this class so be prepared for anything!

Pilates Pro Works delivers a powerful 40 or 55 minute Pilate’s workout. You’ll be in a small group, with everyone working, sweating on their own Fit Former™ Pilates machine. This amped up Pilates class combines resistance, lengthening, strength training and cardio, helping you to feel better than ever; especially upon repeat visits. Your class will be combined with matBox, a new full-body workout that brings together kickboxing and Pilates into one powerful session.
A knock-out workout part Kickboxing, part Mat Pilates, and part Yoga. A Pilates ProWorks original, matBox is a powerful workout that starts with a round of high-intensity kickboxing with a punching bag. Then, the gloves come off and you hit the mat for a round of Pilates to strengthen your core. The final round incorporates Yoga to leave you aligned, balanced and fully invigorated. The result is a balanced mix of high-energy and focused intensity that tones, aligns and blasts calories.
