Last night, I had the pleasure of attending the highly-anticipated 2023 Michelin Guide Florida Ceremony. The excitement was contagious as the restaurants included in the Miami, Tampa, and Orlando MICHELIN Guides were announced. The audience was captivated as each Executive Chef, who had earned a coveted Michelin star (or two), strode confidently on stage to receive their exclusive Michelin Chef’s coat. It was truly a night to remember, filled with delectable food, exquisite drinks, and many happy faces.
Without further ado, here is the illustrious list of the 2023 Michelin Guide Restaurants in the Miami area, which were unveiled during the glamorous ceremony. The Miami New Times shared A Guide on Everything You Need To Know About The Florida Michelin Guide. It’s definitely worth a read. I discovered the Michelin Man has a name: Bibendum; and the Bib Gourmand designation was named after this adorable mascot.
